Delfina Ortega-Paredes is an artist, space holder, movement & arts community event organizer, soundscape weaver and casual herbalist. They are a being that is all about unpacking, unlearning, expanding and growing through the depths that life takes us to, while also making space for their inner child to feel safe to come out and play. During their offerings at Re’Source, Delfina aims to provide space for folx to explore and dive into the layers of self, the known and unknown, the possibilities of who we can be and so much more, with a cup of tea ✨
Linden

Linden is ritual facilitator and somatic educator in training. Having spent the first decades of life in Sudbury, this ecosystem of forest and beings is their home. Having danced competitively for 13 years in her youth, dance is one of her first languages. They’re now spending much of their life seasons in Berlin, Germany, where they’ve trained in various embodiment modalities. As a space-holder at Re’Source, they weave dance with body liberation, astrology, herbalism & magic.
Liz

Liz has been an embodiment facilitator in Sudbury for almost 15 years, guiding yoga, pilates, tantra & dance. Liz loves spending time walking in the woods and playing in / on the lakes with her beloved dogs, drawing on nature as a deep muse for her offerings. The elements and seasons shape the way she lives and weave their way into her teachings. As a community leader, it is her great honour and pleasure to bring people together in many ways, especially to bravely and boldly DANCE !
Majero

Majero Bouman is a poet, a cultural theorist, a mother, an artist, and a life-long dancer. As an accredited Open Floor Movement Practice teacher, she has been holding conscious dance classes and workshops in the US and Canada for almost a decade. Majero merges the intellectual with the inspirational in her movement practice. Her work is in service to cultural transformation, community responsibility, and self-awareness. She believes that dance connects us deeply to ourselves and others - in service to communion - making the intangible visible. Her students appreciate the grit, substance, and learning she brings to her work. She is committed to making dance/movement accessible to people from all walks of life: the ordinary and the unconventional, those who dance and those who never knew they could.
